Social Security :
Monegasque students and residents benefit from parental social security coverage by the Monegasque Social Security Funds until the age of 26 (if the head of household resides in Monaco). The Caisses Sociales Monegasques also cover the children of its policyholders residing in France up to the age of 20.
Foreign students (French and international) benefit from the coverage of their health expenses by applying for PUMA (Universal Health Protection) rights on the sole ground of effective and stable residence in France.

In addition, the school offers students who wish to take out private (+ complementary) health insurance at preferential rates. Applications must be submitted to the school’s secretary’s office.
The certificates of medical coverage must be submitted to the school secretariat at the beginning of the school year.

France: the French Ministry of Culture recognises the eligibility for scholarships of the two diplomas awarded by Pavillon Bosio, École supérieure d’arts plastiques de la Ville de Monaco (esap). By virtue of the Circular of 30 August 2019 (NOR: MICB1924464C) published by the French Ministry of Culture, concerning the provisions relating to the conditions required to obtain a scholarship based on social criteria, merit-based aid and international mobility aid, French students who meet the criteria and continue their studies at the esap may have access to this financial aid during the course of their studies.
